A saved view remembers a set of filters, a sort and a date range, so you can get back to the transactions you care about in one click.
Create a view
On the Transactions page, apply the filters, sort and date range you want.
Click Save view next to your filters, or click Add a view at the end of your views.
Give the view a title and, if you like, a description.
Click Save view. Your view appears after All, To confirm and Confirmed.
Use a view
Click the view. Its filters, sort and date range are applied straight away.
Change a view's filters
If you change the filters or sort while a view is open, the view is tagged Edited. Next to your filters you can then:
Update view: replace the view's saved filters with your current ones.
Save as new: keep the original view and save your changes as a new one.
Reset: go back to the view's saved filters.
Rename or remove a view
Use the edit button on the view to change its title or description. Use the delete button to remove it. Removing a view doesn't change any transactions.
Views worth creating
One view per bank account or credit card, so you can review each account on its own.
Large transactions, for example anything over $1,000.
A vendor you see often.
Categorized by Suggested, so you can check everything Puzzle categorized before you close the month.
Good to know
Your saved views are yours. They follow you to any browser or device you sign in on, and your teammates won't see them.
