New integrations

After you have set up your preliminary Puzzle workspace, you can integrate additional accounts at any time within the Integrations tab.

Within the Integrations tab, you can click “Add connection” to add any supported direct integrations with Puzzle, such as Brex, Ramp, Mercury, and Gusto.

Additionally, you can connect accounts with other banks and credit card companies (via Plaid) using the generic “Banks or credit cards” category.

You can also create “manual” accounts for any non-supported data sources (including import via CSV).

Connection status and disconnecting integrations

Within the Integrations tab, you will also be able to see existing integrations.

Clicking on a connection row for a connected app will display:

  • Connection status (ex: Active, Disconnected)

  • Connected accounts

  • Last synced day and time

  • Day and time the connection was initially created

  • A button to disconnect the connection, which will pause the syncing of data from this connection source for all associated accounts. Historical data in Puzzle from this connection will not change.

You can re-connect the integrations at any time, and any new transactions will be added without duplication.

Click the re-sync button on this row to manually re-sync data from this connection at any time.

Account status and account changes

Within the Integrations tab, you will also be able to see existing accounts under each connection.

Clicking on an account row for a connected app will display:

  • Connection status (ex: Active, Disconnected)

  • Account status (ex: Active, Disconnected, Inactive)

  • Ingestion start date and end date: the period during which data will be ingested into Puzzle from this account.

  • Options to:

    • Deactivate: Pause syncing for this account.

    • Archive: Pause syncing data for this account and hide it from this page.

    • Reset: Remove all existing data and re-sync from scratch.

    • Remove: Remove all existing data and prevent re-syncing.
