Puzzle supports managing multiple companies (entities) under one login.
You can create a “master login” that gives you access to multiple business accounts, so you can switch between them without needing separate passwords or separate team setups.
This is useful if you manage:
Multiple businesses or entities
Multiple legal companies (ex: LLC + holding company)

How Multi-Company Access Works in Puzzle
Each company in Puzzle is its own account, but you can link them together by adding the same user (your main email) to each company.
Once linked, your primary email becomes your “master login” and you can access each company from one portal.
Step-by-Step: Set Up Multiple Companies Under One Login
Step 1: Create a New Puzzle Account for Each Business
To create additional business accounts, use your existing email with a “+” modifier to generate a unique login.
Example email format
✅ All emails will still deliver to your main inbox ([email protected]), but Puzzle will treat them as separate logins.
Tip: This is sometimes called “plus addressing” and works for most email providers.
Step 2: Link All Business Accounts Into One Portal
Once each business account is created, you’ll link them together by adding your primary email as a user inside each company.
For each newly created company account:
Log into the company account (ex: [email protected])
Go to Settings → Company → Users
Click Add user
Enter your new email: [email protected]
Set the user permission to Full Access

Once you grant Full Access, a dropdown/menu option will appear that allows you to access the linked companies under your main login.

Do I need a separate email address for each company?
Nope! You can use the same email with a “+” modifier:
Puzzle requires each company account to have a unique login email, but these still route to your main inbox.
Will I receive notifications for all companies in one inbox?
Yes — because all “+” emails deliver to your main inbox, you’ll receive everything at your primary email address.
Can my team access multiple companies too?
Yes. You can add the same team members to each company by going to:
Settings → Company → User → Add user
Just make sure they have the correct permission level.
Can I switch between companies once they’re linked?
Yes, after your primary email is added to each business account with Full Access, you’ll be able to switch between entities from one portal.
