If you can’t log in to Puzzle, the fix depends on how you sign in and what’s blocking you. Find your situation below.
I signed up with Google
If you created your Puzzle account with Continue with Google, your account doesn’t have a separate Puzzle password. Google handles your login, so a password reset in Puzzle won’t work.
To log in:
Go to the Puzzle login page.
Click Continue with Google.
Choose the same Google account you used when you signed up.
If you have more than one Google account, make sure you pick the right one. Signing in with a different Google account will look like you don’t have a Puzzle account at all.
I forgot my password
If you signed up with an email and password, you can reset it yourself at any time:
On the login page, click Forgot Password?
Enter the email address on your Puzzle account.
Open the reset email from Puzzle and click the link.
Set your new password.
Didn’t get the reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the exact email address on your Puzzle account.
Wait a few minutes and try again.
If you’re on a company email, ask your IT team whether emails from Puzzle are being blocked.
For your security, Puzzle Support can’t reset or change passwords for you. The Forgot Password link is the only way to reset a password.
I lost access to my two-factor authentication app
If you have a new phone, deleted your authenticator app, or can’t get your codes, try these first:
Check whether your codes are backed up. Many authenticator apps, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy, can restore your codes when you reinstall the app and sign in with the same account.
Check your old device. If you still have your previous phone, your codes may still be there.
If you still can’t get a code, Puzzle Support can reset your two-factor authentication. Because this protects your financial data, we’ll need to verify your identity first:
Message us through the chat on the Puzzle login page or at help.puzzle.io. Include the email address on your Puzzle account and your company name.
We’ll schedule a short call to verify your identity.
Once you’re verified, we’ll reset your two-factor authentication.
The next time you log in, you’ll be asked to set up two-factor authentication again.
Good to know about a reset
Your password stays the same. Only your two-factor setup is reset.
You’ll be signed out of Puzzle on every device.
Your data, books, and settings are not affected.
