If you prefer to maintain automatic payroll syncing, you’ll need to reconnect your integration through Rippling’s new app store.
After a one time set-up, your automated, real-time payroll data sync will continue with no further action needed on your part.

Please note that this comes at a $2 per employee/contractor per month, which is a fee set by Rippling for API access. Puzzle receives no part of this fee.
To subscribe to this add-on, navigate to Settings > Billing > and select your monthly plan and click the Rippling add-on and check out.
Option 2: Manual Payroll Entry
If you prefer not to pay the additional fee, you can manually enter payroll data into Puzzle.
Benefits:
No additional costs
Requires only ~10 minutes per pay period
Maintain full accuracy in your books and control over your payroll data
How to Enter Payroll Manually:
To enter payroll manually in Puzzle, you can either:
Option 1: Use Puzzle’s manual payroll entry tool to record payroll transactions.
Option 2: Create manual journal entries for payroll expenses.

Why is my Rippling data not syncing?
You must be on a paid plan with the Rippling add-on or the Premium Free Trial plan for your Rippling data to sync. You also need to purchase the Rippling Identity & Access Management package in Rippling.
Why does Rippling’s new automated integration come at an extra cost?
Rippling has implemented a $2/month per employee/contractor fee for API access. To continue providing integration service to Rippling, Puzzle must pass the fee through to users of the new integration.
This fee is a direct pass-through from Rippling and Puzzle receives no part of the fee.
How is the automated integration fee billed?
This fee will be an add-on to your Puzzle invoice at $2/month per contractor or employee on your Rippling account.
Do I have a no-cost option for payroll entry?
Yes! We know every dollar counts for startups, so we also offer a no-cost payroll entry method with manual entry.
