Efficiency & Control: Our system lets you enter, track, and manage bills effortlessly. You can mark bills as paid, link payments to bills, and even attach documentation—all in one place.
Seamless Integrations: Puzzle integrates with platforms like Ramp, Brex, and Bill.com, automatically syncing your bills and payments to keep everything up-to-date without manual data entry.
How Does It Work?
Entering Bills
Direct Entry: You can enter bills directly in Puzzle by navigating to the "Bills" tab and clicking "+ New Bill". Fill in the details, and you're set.
CSV Import: Got multiple bills? Use our "Import Bills" feature to upload them via CSV using our template.
Integration Sync: If you're using Ramp, Brex, or Bill.com, your bills sync automatically into Puzzle.
Managing Payments
Linking Payments to Bills: When you make a payment, you can link it directly to the corresponding bill in Puzzle. This keeps your Accounts Payable accurate and up-to-date.
Marking Bills as Paid: Easily update the status of bills to reflect payments, helping you keep track of what's outstanding.
Matching a Bill to a Payment
Go to the Vendor Payments section in Puzzle.
Locate the open bill you want to mark as paid.
Match the transaction to the corresponding payment.
Matching One Payment to Multiple Bills
Select the bills you want to match to the payment.
Enter the allocation amounts for each bill in the boxes on the right.
Once the amounts are entered, the Apply Payment button will become available.
Vendor Management
Adding Vendors: Vendors can be added on the fly when entering bills or transactions, making vendor management seamless.
Vendor Overview: Access a comprehensive list of your vendors and view all associated bills and payments.
Attaching Documentation
Keep Everything in One Place: Attach invoices, receipts, or any relevant documents directly to bills in Puzzle. Just drag and drop files into the bill details.
