Great news! We give you access to historical QBO reports in QBO format within Puzzle. To access these reports:
Select “QuickBooks Historical Financials”
Toggle under “Accounting Reports” to download your Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
If you cancel your QBO account, your reports will still be saved in Puzzle. However, if you continue to make changes in QBO, it will change your QBO balances, but it won’t change the historical entries in Puzzle. Changes in QBO subsequent to the Puzzle migration will not automatically change anything in Puzzle. Upon request, we can adjust balances and mappings to make sure everything is updated for you.
Some companies like to retain their QBO data in its raw form, so they keep their QBO account open. This is optional based on your desired preference.
