Different Rippling arrangements work slightly differently, so this comes down to:

1 - If the benefits from HSA & PEO are already included in the Puzzle Payroll Transactions tab (this comes directly from Rippling and provides the detailed journal entry), you would categorize the cash payment as "Salaries & Benefits - Clearing" to offset the Rippling entry.
2 - If these are not included, you would put the cash payment to Benefits.
