Puzzle provides two trial balance reports:
Trial Balance (cumulative): Balances built up from the start of your books through the selected date.
Adjusted Trial Balance: The trial balance including adjusting entries.
These replace the report that used to be labeled FS Trial Balance.
What about the Tax Package?
The Tax Package is a year-end bundle of reports for your tax preparer. It isn't a cumulative trial balance. If you need a trial balance, use one of the two reports above.
Steps to access a Trial Balance
Navigate to the Downloads page in Puzzle.
Choose Trial Balance (cumulative) or Adjusted Trial Balance.
Download and review it against your financial statements for the selected period.
